About OpenDoseRx

Transparent dosing. Human oversight.

Every product lists its exact strength, quantity, and price up front — and every prescription decision is made by a licensed provider after a medical intake. Placing an order is a request, not a purchase of medication.

Compounded with care

Transparent dosing only means something if what ships matches what you requested. Every approved order is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and measured to the exact strength on your order — the same number you saw before you checked out.

Our model

Transparent dosing

Every product lists its exact strength, quantity, and price up front — no bundled “programs,” no hidden membership fees, no vague tiers. You see what you are requesting before you request it.

Doses you can dial in

Titratable compounds have a stepped dose slider priced live at every step — you request the precise concentration, not the nearest package. Everything else offers clearly labeled fixed strengths.

Provider oversight

Transparency does not mean self-service medicine. Every prescription product requires review by an independent, licensed U.S. provider after a medical intake — the reviewing provider is independent of the sale, so the clinical decision always belongs to them.

How it works

  1. Choose treatment & strength

Browse the catalog, compare available strengths, and select the option you want to request. Every listing shows exactly what is in it and what it costs.

  2. Checkout

Complete checkout with transparent, itemized pricing. Your order is held — nothing ships and no prescription exists at this point.

  3. Medical intake

Complete a structured medical intake covering your history, current medications, and the information a licensed provider needs to evaluate your request.

  4. Provider review & shipment

A licensed provider reviews your intake and approves, adjusts, or declines the request. Approved orders ship; declined orders are refunded in full.

Our standards

Licensed providers

Every prescription decision is made by an independent, licensed U.S. provider — never by an algorithm, and never automatically.

State-eligibility enforcement

Products are only offered where the platform is permitted to operate. If a treatment is not available in your state, you cannot order it — enforced at checkout, not buried in fine print.

Audit-logged decisions

Every review outcome — approval, adjustment, or decline — is recorded with the reviewing provider and timestamp, creating an accountable trail for every order.

Prototype status

OpenDoseRx is currently a development prototype. No real medications are dispensed, no real prescriptions are issued, and all payments run in test mode. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
