Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OpenDoseRx platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. OpenDoseRx is a development prototype of a telehealth platform: it does not provide medical advice, and all payments are processed in test mode only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where the services are available to use the platform. By using the platform, you represent that the information you provide, including your age, identity, and location, is accurate and complete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
Telehealth Relationship
OpenDoseRx is a technology platform. It is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. Clinical services are delivered by independent licensed providers who review your medical intake. Any provider-patient relationship is formed between you and the reviewing provider, not with OpenDoseRx. Your use of telehealth services is also governed by the Telehealth Informed Consent, which you accept during intake.
No Guarantee of Prescription
Submitting a medical intake or initiating a purchase does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All clinical decisions rest solely with the reviewing licensed provider, who may decline your request, recommend an alternative, or direct you to in-person care. Nothing on the platform constitutes a promise of treatment, outcomes, or benefits.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information in a medical intake.
- Use the platform on behalf of another person or share account credentials.
- Attempt to obtain products for resale, diversion, or any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform or its security features.
- Use the platform to seek emergency or urgent medical care.
Payments
Prices for products and services are displayed at checkout. Because this platform is a development prototype, all transactions are processed through a test-mode payment processor and no real charges are made. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy. Shipping charges are described in the Shipping Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenDoseRx and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and you consent to their jurisdiction. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@opendoserx.com.
