Safety & trust
Built to be safe, private, and accountable
Real clinicians and licensed pharmacies stand behind every order. Here is exactly how it works — step by step, with nothing hidden.
The safeguards
Independent provider review
Every prescription decision is made by an independent, licensed U.S. provider after a medical intake — never by an algorithm, and never influenced by the sale.
Licensed U.S. pharmacies
Approved orders are prepared and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies — 503A compounding and 503B sterile facilities that follow FDA regulations.
Private by design
Your health information is encrypted, access-controlled, and audit-logged. We never use intake data for advertising and never sell your personal information.
State-eligibility enforced
Treatments are only offered where we're permitted to operate. If a product isn't available in your state, checkout blocks it — not buried in fine print.
How every order is handled
Four checkpoints stand between placing an order and a package at your door — and once you submit your intake, licensed professionals own every one that follows.
Step 1
You choose your treatment
Pick the exact treatment and strength you want, then complete a structured medical intake covering your history and current medications.
Step 2
A licensed provider decides
A licensed U.S. clinician — independent of OpenDoseRx — reviews your intake and approves, adjusts, or declines the request. The clinical decision is always theirs.
Step 3
Securely e-prescribed
Approved prescriptions are transmitted electronically and securely to a licensed U.S. pharmacy for fulfillment.
Step 4
Shipped, or refunded in full
Once approved, your order typically ships within 1–2 business days, with 3–5 business days in transit. If the provider declines, you're refunded in full — automatically.
Security you can count on
The same care extends to your data and your payment details.
Encrypted connections
Every connection to OpenDoseRx runs over TLS, so your intake answers and orders are never sent in the clear.
Access controls & audit logs
Access to health data is limited to those who need it, and every review decision is recorded with the provider and a timestamp.
Secure payments
When you pay by card, Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) processes the payment — your card details go directly to Stripe, and OpenDoseRx never sees or stores your card number.
