Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how OpenDoseRx orders are processed and delivered. Orders for prescription products ship only after an independent licensed provider has reviewed your medical intake and approved the request.
Rates
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order. Orders with a subtotal over $200 ship free. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Processing and Delivery
Approved orders are typically dispensed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Provider review time is separate from, and precedes, these processing estimates.
State Restrictions
We ship only to states where telehealth services and pharmacy fulfillment are available through our licensed partners. Certain products may be restricted or unavailable in some states. If your state is not supported for a given product, you will be notified before checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses outside the United States.
Signature Requirements
Certain medications may require an adult signature (21+ or as required by applicable law) upon delivery. Where a signature is required, the carrier will not leave the package unattended, and undeliverable packages may be returned to the pharmacy after repeated attempts. Cold-Chain Handling for Injectables
Injectable products that require refrigeration ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs, using expedited service to limit time in transit. Refrigerated items should be placed in a refrigerator promptly upon arrival. If a cold-chain shipment arrives warm, damaged, or significantly delayed, do not use the product; contact support and we will arrange a replacement.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@opendoserx.com with your order number. Replacements and refunds for shipping issues are handled under the Refund Policy.
