OpenDoseRx is a development prototype of a telehealth platform; every prescription product request is reviewed by an independent licensed provider after a medical intake, and all payments are processed in test mode only.

We do not use your health intake data for advertising.

Your health intake data is shared with the independent licensed provider who reviews your request, and with pharmacy and fulfillment partners as necessary to dispense and ship approved products. We also share limited information with service vendors who support the platform (such as hosting and payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view health intake data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and to comply with legal, clinical recordkeeping, and audit requirements. Health intake records associated with a provider review are retained in accordance with applicable medical records retention rules. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
